Since 1993, we have specialized in Executive Search and selecting Key Profiles for companies in the LatAm region.

We began our activities in Buenos Aires, Argentina (1993), initially serving leading companies in the Banking and Technology sector. In 2001, we expanded our services to other sectors of the economy and the LatAm Region. In 2020, we continued regional expansion to the US and the European Community. We manage processes in five languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Italian).

Our operations are tax-registered in Florida, the US, and Brazil, and to manage collections in countries with restrictions, we have agreements with local companies.

In 2020, Julio P. Cepeda joined the company as Director of the C-Search Division, based alternately in Los Angeles, USA, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Julio P. Cepeda has over thirty years of successful experience as CEO and Country Manager of top-level international companies in the USA, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina.
